• Prohibition of Sale of Copyrighted Courses: The use of stores to resell copyrighted online courses is not permitted, unless express authorization is obtained for it.

• Sale of Illegal Products: The sale of stolen or contraband items is prohibited. Mercagi reserves the right to take legal action against any affiliate who engages in these practices.

• Consequences of Complaints and Claims: In case of receiving multiple verified complaints or claims about fraud or illegal activities in a store, Mercagi reserves the right to delete the affiliate's store without possibility of reactivation.
